Cheques Will Be Discontinued in Select Countries

Starting 20th February 2026, country-led restrictions will be imposed on the issuance of cheques, including claims reimbursements, in:

Cyprus

Brunei Darussalam

Fiji

To ensure uninterrupted reimbursement of members’ claims, they should update their banking information in Cigna Envoy® or the Cigna Envoy app.
|
There are two ways members can update their banking information through Cigna Envoy:

Via the “Account” section to update their electronic banking details
|

|
|
Via the “Claim submission” process to update the electronic bank account details to be used for reimbursement of that claim
|

in the impacted countries who do not have electronic payment set up. These communications are intended to ensure they are aware and prepared and will include all relevant details.
